Departure - we ask that rooms are normally vacated by 10.00 am on your last day

Charges for Credit cards:
please note that there will be a surcharge of 1.5% for Business Credit Card
transactions and £1.50 for accepting payment by cheque. There is no charge for a
standard credit or debit card transaction.
Cancellation Policy: In
the event of a cancellation less than 3 days before arrival, the cost of the
first 2 nights is required, however all efforts will be made to re-book the room
and the money refunded. Deposits are non-refundable in any circumstance. We
recommend you use holiday insurance. (See

We can usually accommodate special diets with a little help and advance notice
from you. Prescription foodstuffs such as gluten free bread should be brought
with you if possible.
